The Hold Box

Shipping is dang expensive! At Mythos, we want to make comics as affordable as we can while making just enough to keep the lights on. But one thing that works against both sides of the coin there is the cost of shipping. It costs you extra (a lot extra) and makes us nothing!

Solution? THE HOLD BOX! “Dude…bro…like, how does that even work, my guy?” I’m so glad you asked my imaginary beach bum friend! It’s super simple. At checkout, you simply select the “HOLD - Do not ship!” option, which will signal us to set aside your presently purchased periodicals in a safe spot. You may continue to accumulate as many comics in the “Hold” pile as you wish until such a time as you deem the shipping to be worth it.

When it’s time to ship, you simply add the “Ship my HOLD BOX” product from the store to your cart (and ONLY that item) and checkout as normal. We will submit an invoice for the appropriate amount in shipping, and upon payment, we will ship the entirety of your hold box to you! It is possible larger hold boxes can require multiple shipments, but we will always endeavor to find the most cost-effective option possible for you.
