Welcome to Mythos Comics! Man, I cannot tell you how excited we are that you’re here. How excited we are to be doing this thing! My brother and I have loved comics, their characters and their stories, literally our whole lives. From me running around in my Superman onesie, to Josh watching Sam Raimi’s Spider-man literally on repeat for a span of what I think was several years. Comics are in our DNA, and their stories continue to inspire, provoke thought, challenge ideas, and create fun and joy aplenty every single day for us. As such, we wanted to build something where we could share those stories with as many people as possible, so here we are.

Mythos is the comic shop we wished we had growing up, but without the brick and mortar. Especially where we lived, convincing our exceptionally busy and hard working parents to bring us all the way into town just to look at comic books always made me feel bad. I would have loved to be able to subscribe to books off of a convenient and easy-to-navigate list and have them show up at our door, safe and secure, each month. But there just wasn’t anything like that at that time. Now we have the opportunity to open up this online shop and invite people to peruse comics at their leisure and enjoy all the conveniences this digital age affords us.

Despite not being in person, we still want to encourage community, so more to come on that front. We’re also going to have tons of content, like articles and videos, talking about the things we all love here: comics and their stories. We’re still in early days, and we have lots of ideas that take time to develop, so stay tuned here and on our socials for more. For now, enjoy shopping our collection of back issues, creating an account to subscribe to new and upcoming comics, and check back with us for more features and conveniences to be added soon!
